Weddings are definitely one of the happiest moments in a person’s life. But, this momentous occasion does not always come as blissful as the event itself. Days and even months before the big day, couples usually cram up with the littlest details.

An increasingly popular style today, wedding photojournalism offers fresh and new style of taking photos in the occasion. Characterized by candid shots of the subjects unaware of the moving camera, the photojournalism style lets the attendees act freely to capture their pure and true emotion.

In the work place, the amount of good things that happen to a person during the day far out number the amount of bad things that happen, so why do we spend so much time stressing over the bad things when we should be smiling about the good things.

One reason being, when something bad happens, such as being berated by a customer, it shakes us up a little bit, maybe our pride has been touched up a little. It plays on our mind like a disease, and you can’t help but think about it, and what you could have done differently to avoid the situation.

The bottom line here is, stressing over a minor, unpreventable incident effects our productivity.

Here are a few ideas to help you get through your day with a little less stress. And believe me, I understand that these things are easier said than done, but they are worth some consideration.

1. When driving into work in the morning, picture yourself in a positive light. See yourself meeting a new customer and making a new sale, than establishing what has the potential to become a relationship that blossoms into something bigger.

This shouldn’t be to hard considering you probably have more than one success story to recall upon.

Block out any and all bad scenarios from the past. See yourself as a winner, the person in charge.

2. When you leave the office, leave all of your problems and worries at the door and forget about them. When you come back the next day, they will be gone. Nine times out of ten, the previous days problems are only there in your mind, so stop thinking about them.

Every day is a new day with new potential, and you are a major part of it, so see it for what it is. Every new day is a chance for you to become more successful than you already are, don’t look at it any other way.

3. Cut down on the caffeine

I know this one might be tough, but it does help considerably. If you drink a lot of coffee, the caffeine isn’t helping your nerves. So cut back or switch to decaf, or half regular and half decaf. (That was my approach).

4. If you are having a particularly rough day, focus on something positive that is going to happen in you near future. A happy hour with friends or co-workers, something you have planned for the weekend, your upcoming vacation, a holiday, anything positive to assure you that there is life after whatever is going on at the time.

Years are said to be crazy… funny, weird and cool… as it run fast, we are not aware of seeing the rear view of a simple portrait, full of mysteries and yet the source of our emotions to change the mode of light’s direction.

From our younger years, we are certainly aggressive of doing any thing, or just make a simple obsession that concludes the very best of being a kid. We were not aware of what will happen tomorrow since we care nothing from our context. If there’s an obstruction that hit our back, we just do a single laugh. That’s the trend of being a kid… “Parang hindi na tayo tatanda”.

We have tried to read the unfamiliar phrases on the walls; this is the time when we started to recognize the characters written in every single page of the book. There’s always a second time around when we experienced the first. And the funniest side was…we do counting the numbers in a jump to jump, we were passionate of these things without knowing what is EVEN and what ODD are. But when the times move fast, these numbers are very simple to divide. You can consistently justify what kind of environment do a kid has, “parang laging required gawin ang mga bagay sa simula”. But honestly, we were excited during our younger years because these were the times that we were about to discover the faces of road’s infinity…

All are just typical illustrations of childhood, we were doing the same thing as usual “paulit-ulit na lang” and yet, we were not bored doing the same thing all over again. There’s always an evolution. Every second of a minute and every minute of an hour are known to have a constant change, an innovation for the time, “ang simula ng larawan ng totoong buhay” the PICTURE starts to smile, the picture starts to develop and the pictures starts to divulge real life.

We were dumbfounded that we were more active against other kids. Our first education starts on uncomplicated, “naisip na rin natin kung bakit tayo nag-iisip”. The development of our credibility starts and soon we speculate why being a kid should need to have it understand, it’s simply saying the letters A, B and C and counting the numbers 1, 2 and 3. “Ganito kasaya talaga ang kabataan, alam na natin kung anong larawan ang maaari nating makuhanan”.

Graduation starts after six years, some of us had achieved awards, we start choosing the best secondary school we are about to get in. We won’t ignore the friendship we had from those remarkable years, we treasure the opportunity of having both good and bad times “sa mga kalaro natin noong bata pa tayo”, we have hurt, and we cried and promised not to forget the valuable affiliation during the first developing years of being a human.
